Start by pouring the dry brownie mix into a large microwave-safe bowl. Heat the mix in 30-second intervals, stirring thoroughly after each session, until the mixture's temperature reaches 165°F. This process should take around 90-120 seconds. Set the mix aside and allow it to cool at room temperature for about 5 minutes.
Once the mix has cooled slightly, stir in the corn syrup, chocolate syrup, and water. Mix thoroughly until the ingredients are fully incorporated, and the mixture is smooth and lump-free.
Spread sprinkles in a shallow dish, ready for coating. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and keep it close for placing the truffles. Slightly dampen your hands to prevent sticking. Scoop out 1 tablespoon of the brownie mixture, roll it into a ball using your hands, then gently coat the ball in sprinkles. Place each truffle on the prepared baking sheet.
Continue this process until all the mixture has been shaped into truffles. Once finished, refrigerate the truffles for at least one hour to firm up. Serve them chilled for a refreshing treat or at room temperature for a softer texture.
