Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon pure maple syrup or honey
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk or any preferred milk

Instructions

  • In a small bowl or a mason jar, combine the almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup or honey, and vanilla extract. Mix thoroughly to ensure the ingredients are well blended.
  • Allow the mixture to rest for about 5 minutes, then stir it once more to break up any clusters of chia seeds that may have formed.
  • Cover the bowl or jar with a lid or plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for a minimum of 2 hours. For best results, let it chill overnight to achieve a thick and creamy consistency.
  • Before serving, give the pudding another good stir to ensure uniform texture. Garnish with your favorite toppings, such as fresh fruits, nuts, or a sprinkle of granola, and enjoy.
